Program Description

HandymanPro and the businesses that use the HandymanPro platform use SMS messaging to communicate with customers regarding appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, estimate notifications, job status updates, invoice notifications, payment reminders, and customer care responses. Messages are sent only to customers who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive text communications.

Message Types

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per month related to scheduled appointments, active jobs, estimates, invoices, or customer care. You will only receive messages relevant to services you requested or communications you initiated.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. HandymanPro does not charge an additional fee for SMS communications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number when requesting an estimate, scheduling service, submitting an intake form, communicating with a business that uses HandymanPro, or otherwise agreeing to receive text communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
