SMS / Text Messaging

HandymanPro and the businesses that use our platform may send you SMS or text messages related to services you have requested — including appointment reminders, job status updates, estimate notifications, and invoice alerts.

Such messaging occurs only with your affirmative consent, which may be obtained when you provide your phone number through a business's online estimate or intake form (which displays consent language at the point of collection), or when you verbally request to receive text updates from a HandymanPro business.

By providing your mobile phone number, you confirm that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number and that no purchase is required to receive these messages.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.

Accuracy and Access to Your Personal Information

We strive to maintain accurate records. If you believe any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact us and we will correct it promptly. Where you have created an account, you may review and update your information by logging in.

Information of Minors
