When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business information (company name, address, and service details).

Customer Data

As part of providing our field service management tools, you may enter customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and job details. This data is entered and managed by you and stored securely on our servers.

Device Permissions & Data

Our mobile app may request access to the following device features:

  • Camera: Used to scan product barcodes and take job site photos. Photos are uploaded to your account and are not shared with third parties.
  • Location: Used to track mileage between job sites. Location data is stored only within your account for your business records.
  • Photo Library: Used to select and upload existing photos to job records.

Usage Data

We may collect general usage data such as pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the Service. This data is not linked to individual customer records.
